At North & Bloom Toronto, we aim to provide a transparent and fair shopping experience. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags and packaging must be intact
  • Items must not show any signs of wear beyond trying on
  • The return must be requested within 14 days of delivery

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse returns
  • Partially refund
  • Deduct value

if items do not meet these conditions.

Return Process

  1. Request your return via email within 14 days
  2. You will receive the return address of our fulfilment partner
  3. Return the item using a track & trace shipping method

⚠️ Important:

  • Returns are handled through our international fulfilment partner
  • We do not accept returns to local addresses
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring the return arrives successfully

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including:

  • International shipping costs
  • Customs duties (if applicable)

We are not responsible for lost returns without valid tracking.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only after the item has been received and inspected
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 14 business days

⚠️ Important:

  • Refunds will not be issued if the item is not received
  • Proof of shipment alone is not sufficient

Incorrect Address / Delivery

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct address
  • Address changes must be requested within 24 hours
  • If tracking shows delivery, we are not liable for lost parcels

Non-Accepted Returns

We do not accept:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items without tags
  • Returns without prior approval
  • Multiple-size orders intended for selection

Disputes & Chargebacks

By placing an order, you agree to our policy.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in the dispute being formally contested, including:

  • Proof of delivery
  • Policy agreement at checkout
  • Communication history

Transparency

We work with international suppliers to offer our collections.
Shipping and returns may therefore take place outside of Canada.
